• Currency & Taxes: All prices listed on the storefront are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise explicitly specified.
• Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust prices, launch seasonal promotions, or update product availability without prior notice.
• Secure Online Payments: Online payments are processed through certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (such as Razorpay).
• No Raw Card Storage: We do NOT store, view, or process raw credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or net banking credentials on our servers.

Placing an order on our storefront constitutes an offer to purchase handcrafted items under these Terms:

• Order Confirmation: Upon completing checkout, you will receive an automated order confirmation via Email or SMS containing your unique Order ID.
• Right to Refuse Orders: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order placed with us in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, or unserviceable delivery locations.
• Customer Details: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, shipping address, and billing information for all orders.

Shipments are packaged and dispatched from our Bhujodi workshop across India:

• Dispatch SLAs: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Free Shipping Rule: We offer complimentary Free Shipping across India on all orders with a subtotal of ₹999 or above. A flat shipping fee of ₹150 applies for orders below ₹999.
• Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days for metro cities and 4–7 business days for non-metro/tier 2-3 locations.
• Tracking: Tracking details are shared via Email/SMS once your shipment is handed over to our courier partners (e.g. BlueDart, Delhivery).

We prioritize your satisfaction while protecting the dignity of artisanal craftsmanship:

• Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled free of charge prior to dispatch for a 100% full refund credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your parcel arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours with unboxing photos/videos. We arrange complimentary reverse pickup and immediate replacement at zero cost.
• 7-Day Size Exchanges: Eligible unworn items can be exchanged for size or color within 7 days of delivery.
• Refund Processing SLA: Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment source (UPI, Card, NetBanking) within 5–7 business days.
